The topic is the subject of the seminar ‘Allergens and Gluten Sensitivity: communication to the consumer, management in food production and responsibility of the Food Business Operator', scheduled for Thursday April 16, 2015, from 8:30 am to 5 pm, in via Ventimiglia, Turin.
