Natural sparkling mineral water, middle ground

The magic of a Water defined  sparkling mineral is that unique taste, delicately ‘stirred’ by bubbles, is a gift of nature. This is how it presents itself at the source, where it is bottled as is. A fair compromise for those who consider still waters too pronounced sparkling, but poorly suited to those ‘still’, natural sparkling waters are to be preferred at the table with flavorful dishes.

A sparkling mineral water at the source contains on average 1,000-1,300 mg/l of carbon dioxide. There are all types, that is to say – based on classification by fixed residue – minimally or heavily mineralized, oligomineral or medium mineral.

Although sparkling water seems to favor digestive processes, for this purpose bicarbonate types, rich in bicarbonate, are particularly indicated. Knowing the mineral composition is an excellent way to distinguish the various types, each with peculiar beneficial effects on health, and choose the one ideal for one's own needs.
