Always keeping in mind the rules to be applied for the best guarantee of rights. The fundamental human right to healthy, safe and nutritious food, first and foremost. But also the rights of workers and communities, the environment and biodiversity, and animals.

The overview is broad and often the numerous articles dedicated to a single topic are not enough for its overall consideration. This is why Great Italian Food Trade offers some monographic insights, which are made available to readers in electronic format, free of charge.
