The Bonduelle Group continues to see growth. Distribuzione Moderna reports that the company, which specialises in pre-packaged vegetables, is celebrating this successful data in spite of the economic crisis. For the open-house event Bonduelle Day scheduled for May 9, 2013 in Milan, director of external relations and sustainable development for the Bonduelle Group, Jean-Bernard Bonduelle, with CEO of Bonduelle Italy, Umberto Galassini, released uplifting results: +2.4% in turnover for the group’s 2012 operations, reaching 1.767 billion euros, and an increase in operating profits (101 million), as well as the newt figure (48 million) compared to 2011. According to management the positive results are down to the company’s business resilience, together with investments in sustainability, which nurture innovation, efficiency and productivity, giving it the ability to compete in the best international economic scenarios.
