Italian wine is sure to shine during Wine Expo 2014, the dedicated exhibition that will be held in Yanqing, a striking locale near Beijing in China from July 29 to 31, 2014. The participation of Italy’s producers is being coordinated by Fiera di Roma.
The Wine Expo, which will occupy an area of some 25,000 square meters, is expected to host 20,000 visitors. 50 major players in China’s wine import business will also be present, as well as representatives from neighboring markets, and other producers from every corner of the globe. For the first time the expo is part of the Selection and Genetic Improvement of Vines Conference, a regular appointment for experts, producers and importers that operate in the international wine sector.
The event is sponsored by the International Society for Horticultural Science, the Chinese Agriculture Ministry, the country’s Academy of Sciences and the popular government of the autonomous municipality of Beijing.
