Promote awareness of the values ​​linked to culture and tradition, production processes and products, innovation and sustainability. Always keeping in mind the rules to be applied for the best guarantee of rights. The basic human right to healthy, safe and nutritious food in the first place. But also the rights of workers and communities, of the environment and biodiversity, of animals.

The overview is wide and often the numerous articles dedicated to a single theme are not enough for its overall consideration. This is why Great Italian Food Trade offers some monographic insights, which are made available to readers, in electronic format, free of charge.
