Germina Campus SpA, the holding company
From the ashes of Federconsorzi, Germina Campus SpA took over (at a base price) the historic headquarters of Palazzo Rospigliosi, to renew its modus operandi. Raking up the public and private resources of Italian farmers, through a holding to which various service companies belong. Insurance and finance, food trade, telephone contracts, etc. Only the funeral home is missing (for the moment). Some hints to follow.
- Green Assicurazioni Srl is almost the exclusive property of GerCam (96,2%). Councilors, Vincenzo Gesmundo and Raffaele Grandolini. A) AGRITEL Srl Speculation on telephone users
Agritel Srl - sole shareholder Germina Campus, president Raffaele Grandolini - works as an agent and reseller for TIM SpA Buy services (prepaid cards, voice and data traffic, PEC) and products (smartphone e tablets) of Telecom Italia, obtaining modest commissions to which are added the margins on the increased prices, in the forced resale to the so-called 'Coldiretti Network' (composed of the three categories of employees, collaborators and shareholders), through the license 'Community '.

- induce / oblige all employees and collaborators to do the same. Prices and tariffs are inflated, obviously out of market, to fatten Palazzo's dividends,
- Propose to all farmers registered with the Chambers of Commerce the certified e-mails that Agritel buys at market prices (by customizing the Aruba domain) and resells on a margin, at Palazzo prices.
Agritel, Coldiretti and the partner's portal
Essentially Agritel works like the Consorzio Sistema Servizi Coldiretti SCpA, with a whirlwind of invoicing from external suppliers and rebilling to the Coldiretti Territorial Network at inflated prices, to feed the bottomless pit of the magic circle of Palazzo Rospigliosi.
An anecdote expresses the dimension of the autarchic self-referentiality of the boss of the leaders and his loyalists.
Samsung he joined the network of sponsors of the Cernobbio Agriculture Forum in 2019. And he obtained from Coldiretti, as a counterpart, the planning of the purchases of telephony equipment. Furthermore, none of the partners was interested in joining the bankruptcy project, so the Palazzo forced the Green Companies to swallow the obsolete tablets redundant.
B) AGER Srl, the 'party school'
AGER Srl - of which Germina Campus SpA holds 95% of the shares, Coldiretti national the remaining 5% - is the so-called 'training company', or 'party school'. Established in 1997, it is now chaired by Gianluca Lelli, Head of the Economic Area of Coldiretti and CEO of CAI SpA alias Federconsorzi 2. The economic accounts of the Palazzo companies, even in the case of AGER Srl, do not return with the sumptuous emoluments of corporate offices. Thus AGER Srl, for about ten years, has been issuing large invoices to Unaprol ScpA, the Italian Olive Consortium. Yet another conflict of interest both AGEA Coldiretta and the board of statutory auditors of Unaprol SCpA, chaired by prof. lawyer Antonio Cepparulo. Who, in combination, is among other things the mayor of CAA (Agricultural Assistance Center) Coldiretti Srl, CAF (Tax Assistance Center) Coldiretti Srl and Elaion Srl. C) ITALIAN AGRICULTURAL CHAIN SpA The triangle of Palazzo
Last but not least, Germina Campus SpA is the first shareholder of Filiera Agricola Italiana (FAI) SpA, on equal merit (44%) with SCCA pa (Società Consortium of Agricultural Consortiums for shares, founder of CAI SpA. Minority shareholder of the Consorzio dei Produttori di Campagna Amica SCpA).
Ettore Prandini is its chairman, Raffaele Grandolini is the managing director, alongside Federico Vecchioni (director, as well as managing director of CAI SpA) and Sara Paraluppi (director of Coldiretti Lazio). Triangulation on paper is the core business of Filiera Agricola Italiana SpA, which 'intermediates' the invoices of the Agricultural Consortiums on the sales of their commodities - wheat for pasta and fruit and vegetables above all, oil to a small extent - to the food industry and large-scale distribution (eg. Conad, Coop, LIDL, Esselunga , etc.). That is to say that:
- the Agricultural Consortiums, which have always sold and continue to sell their products to their customers, now suffer a tax from FAI SpA,
- the goods are transported with their DDT from the Agricultural Consortiums to industry and / or large-scale distribution, while the sales invoices travel from the Agricultural Consortiums to FAI SpA which then re-invoices to their customers.
Filiera Agricola Italiana SpA, conflicts of interest and financial bubble
Italian Agricultural Supply Chain SpA it is therefore yet another emblem of conflicts of interest. The general managers of the Agricultural Consortiums (employees of SCCA pa) have consented to a triangulation 'on paper' of their goods in favor of a third party, CAI SpA (of which SCCA pa is the majority shareholder), which, among other things, does not of logistic structures. A gabelle for agricultural consortia devoid of any economic significance. Will their boards and shareholders be aware of this?
The turnover of FAI SpA it is also phenomenal. Although its margin on paper triangulations is around 1-2%, Italian Agricultural Supply Chain receives and reissues invoices for the full amount of the goods sold by the Agricultural Consortiums.
