Hemp seeds, unique properties
Hemp seeds have excellent properties, it’s a “super food” enclosed in small portions, from which you can also get an excellent oil. They are the basis of nutrition in some areas of Russia and India and represent the main food of Bama Yao, a Chinese village where the average life expectancy reaches 100 years.
Obtained in Italy following the integrated fight methods and organic farming, they are actually the fruit of the plant, that vaguely resemble sunflower seeds, but do not have their crispness and give the palate a flavor of pine nuts, more markedly sweet and delicate. These “seeds” are compounds for the 25% by protein elements in an almost unique combination (containing all the amino acids essential for protein synthesis). Not only that, another observed big property is the high content of vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, D, E), minerals (calcium, iron) and essential fatty acids (omega 3 and 6).
Consuming flour, tofu or seitan obtained from nutritious cannabis seeds is believed helpful in preventing hypercholesterolemia, asthma, sinusitis, arthritis, tracheitis, in increasing energy levels and metabolic rate, in improving vascular function and in helping to reduce inflammation and tumor risk.
