The Perfect Bruschetta Recipe

From Rica tomato pulp can be used in an astonishing number of you recipes, and due to its natural quality and aroma it is a perfect ingredient even before it is cooked. Here is a classic Italian appetizer that is sure to surprise by adding De Rica tomatoes.

Bruschetta for 4:

Toast four slices of fresh Italian-style bread in your oven. When they are golden brown, rub each of them with a wedge of garlic, and dribble the desired amount of extra virgin olive oil on them.

Add a spoonful of tomato pulp, a dash of oregano, a dust of pepper and a little more oil. It serves the bruschetta warm and accompany them with a glass of Prosecco or Sauvignon.
