Alce Nero has launched its vegetable bouillon. The new product is free of palm oil, as is the entire range of products offered by this famous Bologna based organic brand. Alce Nero is the result of contributions from over 1,000 farmers and beekeepers, and has been committed since the 1970s to creating value-added organic food products. This choice is enhanced by a rigorous selection of the best raw ingredients. The elimination of tropical oils is is the culmination of a virtuous path embarked upon in 2004, with the first shortbread produced with olive oil, leaving out its cheap, unhealthy and unsustainable alternative. Alce Nero’s vegetable bouillon is the latest example of the cooperative’s “palm oil free” policy.
