New products are on the way from Stuffer, the yogurt and dairy producer from Bolzano, which is looking to “grow” its strawberry and wild strawberries yogurt business through the launch of a 500 gram package. Made from whole milk with a fruit content of 18%, free of preservatives, artificial colours and gluten, it will also be offered in Stuffer’s convenient confection of two packages of 125 grams each. Even if it is less celebrated than its Greek cousin, Italian yogurt has its own unique characteristics which make it a product of absolute quality. Italian law only allows yogurt produced from cow’s milk, fermented with Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus termophilus to go to market with its privileged denomination.
