An agenda of four days of special events and initiatives await visitors to Cibus 2014 from May 5th to 8th in Parma. Conferences, workshops, seminars and business meetings, as well as tastings of the finest food products that Italy has to offer.
Cibus Bollicine is set aside for Italian sparkling wine, where exhibitors will share a taste of Italy’s best bubbly, accompanied by food and demonstrations. Sensory experience will also be key at “MicroMalto”, with handcrafted Italian micro-breweries. Beer and cheese is also the surprising leading couple for the stands dedicated to tasting Italian cheeses organized by the Alma Caseus national consortium for the benefit of the sector’s producers.
There will also be consolidated moments in the “Free Form” area with food products that are free of gluten, lactose and yeast, with Cibus Bio for organic and a unique section for frozen foods. Doctors and nutritionists will be present for Planet Nutrition and Integration in the Cibus forum on healthy eating.
