Sustainability in agriculture will be the issue of the day of analysis organised by a group of agronomists in collaboration with the Italian Wine Union, with the Tergeo project set as the first priority. The meeting will take place as a part of Simei-Enovitis, the international exhibition dedicated to the winemaking sector, scheduled for November 12-16 2013 in Milan. The objectives of the daylong “Sustainability Paradigms” conference is an in depth look at sustainability, and its concrete application to production processes in various food and agriculture segments, foremost wine. Researchers, professionals, scholars, as well as representatives from companies and associations will contribute through sharing their experience. La call for cases is open until June 6.
