A maverick Entrepreneur, who rather than relocating manufacturing where labor costs less to maximize profits, he has taken the opposite route. In 2008, he concentrated in Italy, Sardinia, the production of Asdomar tuna, achieving a success that confirmed his intuition.

To work the fish entirely in the beautiful country is synonymous with excellence in quality, the result of the successful combination of innovation and tradition. But it is also a political choice of style and forward-looking. Producing in the Italian territory is in fact a prerequisite for creating jobs and generating income useful to fuel the national economy.

The plant in Olbia employs 300 people and produces the highest quality level, while respecting the environment, marine life, consumers and workers.
