The entire preparation of Asdomar tuna is sustainable, as evidenced by the certifications of third parties.

The tuna worked at Asdomar meets precise and concrete criteria designed to protect the marine environment and the reproduction of the species, which is such a great resource for human nutrition. The company policy allows the processing - made entirely in Italy – of only adult tuna, identified according to two parameters: the weight, not less than 20 kg, and the length, at least one meter.

Asdomar is concrete and rigorous sustainability. It is qualified by 6 certificates issued by independent bodies, to ensure perfect adhesion between the principles set out and their actual application. Fully in-line with the guiding values of Asdomar. It's all about two things... quality and respect.
