Mackerel and salmon complete the range of Asdomar canned fish, always prepared according to ancient traditions of fish processing. As for tuna, Asdomar is a guarantee of exceptional quality and unique taste.
Mackerel, excellent bluefish, and the salmon of the Salmo-Salar species, with a soft and fragrant meat, are handmade by the workers of the Portuguese plant of Vila do Conde with a care that preserves all the valuable nutrients (a prime requirement for Asdomar) . Protein, vitamins and beneficial Omega 3 fatty acids.
Asdomar mackerel and salmon are offered in the version in olive oil, water (like for the tuna) or with lemon. For the salmon there is also a slightly smoked preparation, ideal for cooking more aromatic pasta dishes.
