How to communicate the presence of allergens in food. Seminar on April 16, 2015 in Turin

EU Regulation 1169/2011 establishes strict methods for communicating to consumers the presence of allergenic ingredients in packaged and administered foods. The topic is the subject of the seminar 'Allergens and Gluten Sensivity: communication to the consumer, management in food production and responsibility of the FBO', scheduled for Thursday April 16 2015, from 8,30 to 17, in via Ventimiglia, in Turin.

Sponsored by Expo 2015, the seminar is organized by the Turin Chamber of Commerce Chemical Laboratory in collaboration with the Italian School for Quality and Safety in Food (QSA).

Among the speakers, the lawyer Dario Dongo di DO (Food & Agriculture Requirements), which illustrates the methods of communicating allergens on the label and in the meal delivery phase.
