Food, history, innovation. On 20 May in Milan the convention of food technologists. With a report from the Cultural Frame of Food association

The meeting between the products of the Italian food tradition and innovation, with a never distracted look at the sustainability of the productions. This is the theme around which the conference organized by the Order of Food Technologists of Lombardy and Liguria (OTALL) revolves on 20 May 2015 at Fiera Milano, as part of the event IPACK-IMA, the leading trade fair for processing and packaging technologies, which this year hosts 19 trade fairs simultaneously from 23 to 6 May. 

The association takes part in the event Consulting Frame of Food, made up of doctors, food technologists, pedagogists, biochemists, sociologists, psychologists, historians, veterinarians, nurses. The intervention - which was expected on professor Alfredo Vanotti, founder of the Association, who recently passed away - tackles problems often overlooked, such as nutritional fragility, with an interdisciplinary approach, providing concrete proposals for overcoming them.
