惊艳的面疙瘩配方

面疙瘩是一种人类古老的食品，是世界上是最普遍的食品之一，也是意大利人最喜爱的食品之一。面疙瘩实际上可以定义为小块的煮熟的面团（有时也可做成汤），烹制快速简单。在意大利这种古老的食品的制作达到了很高的烹制水平，有各种奇特的烹制法，从土豆面疙瘩到细腻美味的板栗面制成的面疙瘩。

不同种类的面粉、水、盐，在有些配方中，还有鸡蛋和块茎，一起构成了一种祖传的口味，是意大利餐桌上的一个特色食品。

面疙瘩是一种不规则的球状食品，小块状物，在各个地方都具有各自独一无二的特色。知名的土豆面疙瘩(也将小面疙瘩称作”chicche”)当然是在各种面疙瘩中最为人所熟知的特色食品。每个大区和城市都有它各自不同的配方（例如索伦托面疙瘩、罗马面疙瘩、带馅面疙瘩）。

在面团里经常用到莙荙菜、南瓜和藏红花来获得不同的色彩。一般会用做其他面食同样的方法进行调味，使用酱汁或牛油和鼠尾草。在250克的面疙瘩里含有约200千卡的热量，根据所使用的酱汁的不同而变化。
