面包棍，充满历史的食谱

香脆可口是对正宗意式面包棍的绝佳形容，这种美味来源于一段意大利的皇家历史。1679年，在Teobaldo Pecchio医生的指点下，皇家大厨安东尼，制作出了面包棍来喂养断奶后体制孱弱的国王维托里奥.阿米地奥二世。这种面包棍的配方起源于意大利北部都灵地区一种十分传统的面包Ghersa，所以意大利人将其命名为Grissini。

在贵族们的世界里，面包棍的传奇故事还在继续：拿破仑大地爱级了这份由都灵远传至巴黎的美食，而玛丽皇后喜欢把面包棍弄碎了，和进浓汤里。甚至，法庭成员的雕塑都拿着面包棍。

对于意大利人来说，面包棍显然是所有人都喜欢的，从小孩到大人，有谁可以拒绝在饭前先来上一小篮面包棍呢？而在最最道地的配方中，你会发现面包棍的形状是麻花型的，一如海船上的大麻绳一般。
