牛角包的制作方法

一个牛角包的好坏，主要决定于其原材料和制作技术，最优质的牛角包所用面团应经过10小时的自然发酵，这同时也能让最后的成品更容易被人体消化。

当然，最重要的还是原材料的选择，面粉和糖。最基本的牛角包是不带馅料的，中间应为空心且蓬松。最经典的牛角包制作应只使用黄油，这种贵族的食品，需绝对禁止使用棕榈油。

要在家里就想获得这份意式风格的美味也是很简单的，只要你有基本的材料，当然，必不可少的还有优质的牛奶和咖啡，这样，你就能享受到最为正宗的意式早餐。
