مشروب الشاي ومميزاته وخصائصه الفريده

مشروب الشاي (tè). الشراب الأقدم في العالم ، ويتم عن طريق المياه بشكل رئيسي ، وتعتبر آسيا الإكسير الأساسي. وهناك أنواع الشاي المتعدده والمختلفه ، وتنوعت وفقا لمصادرها وأوراقها ، منها الأخضر النبيل والأسود، وشبه المخمرة في البرد ، وللإنتاج الإيطالي المتميز .

على الرغم وجود المناخ الصعب بإيطاليا ، جرت محاولات لزراعة “كاميليا سينينسيس” ، والتي إستهدافت سانت أندرو المهام (لوكا). ولاسيما شربه من البراد، وذلك بفضل خصائصه الممتازة المنعشه خلال الصيف ، ولهذا فإنه من السهل وجوده بالمحلات التجارية والسوبر ماركت.

وهو شجيرة ذات أوراق صغيرة وعطرة ، ونمت بشكل رئيسي في الصين والهند وروسيا وتركيا. غناها مادة البوليفينول يختلف بإختلاف أنواع مجموعات التخميرويسمى (مشروب الصحه) ، وتبقى طعاما شهياً غنية في الفلور والزنك والبوتاسيوم والنحاس والحديد والفيتامينات (B1، B2، C، E، P) ومضادات الأكسدة. بعض أنواع الخلائط الأقل مخمرة أيضا تحتوي على نسبة عالية من المنغنيز ، عظيم للأنظمة التخسيس ، بينما توصى حمراء لتطهير الأمعاء.
