الخبز الايطالي، أسلوب في الحياة

الخبز الايطالي رمز قوي لمساهمة الفرن في ثروة مذاق الطعام الايطالي. أكثر من 250 من انواع الخبز الايطالي متواجدة بشكل مستمر على الموائد في جميع أنحاء شبه الجزيرة. السعرات الحرارية في الخبز تجعله طعام لذيذ وصحي أيضا. كما كان واحدا من أول من يتم الاعتراف به على المستوى الأوروبي مع تسمية المنشأ المحمية DOC، الشهير في بوليا الخبز Pane di Altamura في عام 2013.
