On Food and Well Being

At the first edition of the Made in Italy Food Forum organized for Tuesday December 10, 2013 in Milan by Il Sole 24 Ore, GIFT – Great Italian Food Trade will participate in the round table discussion “From the Factory to the Table for a Virtuous Production Chain: Winning Choices to Stay Well” scheduled at 3.30pm local time.

GIFT’s founder, Dario Dongo, together with nutritionist Filippo Ongaro, Francesca Amadori of the communications department of the group of the same name, quality director at Ferrarelle Giuseppe Dadà, and vice president of UCIMA Riccardo Cavanna. The meeting will be moderated by Nicoletta Carbone, a journalist from Radio 24.

The round table is dedicated to some of the broader themes that GIFT focuses on: food safety, transparency in food labelling and advertising, product and process certification, as well as packaging and innovation. Not to mention sustainable development, health and nutrition.
