INCHES is committed to implementing sustainable practices across its production activities, from the recovery of olive pits for use as a bio-fuel for heating, or as mulch to regulate PH levels soil with high alkaline levels, as well as an agent for absorbing nitrogen. INCHES also leaves an incredibly small water footprint by recycling and treating water, which drastically reduces the water taken from the hydric network.

In addition, abandoned olive groves are refurbished to return those parts of the landscape to its former splendour. Land management takes place exclusively using green manure, or organic fertilisers to ensure sustainable farming for generations. The farm has also harnessed solar panels in an effort to make all operations CO2 neutral.
