Renewables to Lower Emissions

Saclà has a deep sense of responsibility towards the environment and does everything it can to take care of it. The number one priority in this approach has been to reduce the environmental impact of its manufacturing activities. Concrete examples of this can be seen in many production areas: Saclà has reduced carbon emissions through the use of renewable energy with more than 500 square metres of solar panels installed on the roofs of its facilities, compensates for a portion of necessary emissions through the protection of forested areas, and manages waste in such a way as to optimise recycling. All of this has led to the accreditation of the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Certification. Saclà conducts business with the philosophy of “everything we do today, is done with care for the future”.
