An Area Dedicated to Learning and Conservation

INCHES philosophy on sustainability in oilve oil is expressed in an experimental centre dedicated entirely to education, equipped with a press and a natural stone mill for grinding grain organically as part of the movement to rediscover the centuries-old traditions of the Mediterranean diet, which was declared part of UNESCO’s World Heritage in 2010.

This commitment goes together with the protection of the cultivation area’s biodiversity, natural reproduction cycles, environmental conservation and the creation of micro-economies within the territory. This is a Zero Km olive oil culture looking to stimulate awareness in consumers, as well as knowledge of their choices through offering qualities that are intrinsically present in the area, and therefore totally unique. All of this rests on the highest possible quality and an innovative production design that aims at recovering its traditional roots.
