Food Sustainability, Environment at heart

Adequate attention to food sustainability and the environment are two of the most important issues at the center of this project. Following the logic of food sustainability, GIFT exercises the utmost care in selecting the companies and products it features, as well as the partners it pairs with to endorse those that can clearly demonstrate that they are active in pursuing objectives in sustainable development.

Food sustainability with the environment means that quality does not only impact on the consumer, it also affects living standards as part of the global system we share. It is for this reason that we are proud to collaborate with NGOs and institutions which have the same commitment to guaranteeing environmental sustainability and the improvement of conditions for an increasing number of communities. All under the aegis of good food.

For food sustainability to work, business can and must be ethical, socially responsible, and carry out the kind of policis that are imperative to making the difference. This is the distinguishing factor in our choices.
