Premium line Asdomar, the top of the range
The Premium Line Asdomar is a selection of fillets and steaks of whole Italian tuna, i.e. entirely worked in Italy by Asdomar using techniques that combine traditional craftsmanship of expert Sardinian women involved in the cleaning, and the most advanced technologies, which ensure the integrity of the fillet and the perfect filling of the jars.
The Premium line offers ideal selections for special dishes. The whole slice of tuna is the best formula to combine taste and aesthetics. Tuna belly is instead the most precious part of the tuna. Both can be found in the version in olive oil or natural, to suit every preference.
Just like with the complete Asdomar production, also the Premium line is made in compliance with the environmental and social sustainability. To protect the reproduction of the species, using only certified adult specimens, at least one meter in length and 20 kilograms in weight. The fishing techniques protect the marine environment: provides for excluding the use of purse seining on free school, except for skipjack tuna, caught with a fishing pole.
